Welcome two new members: Matt Rabideau and Sally Fisher
U-18: Decision to proceed with collecting payment with the understanding that if we don't have enough players to field a team by the end of December, we will refund the payments.
Bank/Treasurer: We are currently looking to fill our Treasurer position.
Candidates must attend monthly Board meetings and have been part of the Dragons organization for at least one year. Rick Fedion will train our treasurer for a period of up to six months. Please emailvalleyasasoftball@gmail.com if interested.
Uniforms: We will discuss uniforms at our Coach’s meeting in November.
Rosters: Tami will create a spreadsheet for coach's to complete with names/birth dates/personal
information.
Fields: We are exploring options as prices have changed for use of the MV fields. Tami is looking into using Rolfe Park.
Website: Board Members are asked to check out the Dragons website and get suggestions for it to Stephanie immediately. She will collect the information and get it to the Web Master. We are considering changing the website over to a different format to be able to make changes ourselves.
Payments: Reminder to parents: The first payment of $110.00 is due October 1st, the 2nd installment of $110.00 November 1st and the final payment of $110.00 is due February 1st (10s are $75.00 each due date) You may make payments online or by mail.
Fall/Winter Practice: Tami will look into using Rolfe Park on Sundays throughout October and we will notify coaches. No November/December practices. Stephanie will look into Concord Sports Center for the beginning of 2012. Matt will check out the
situation at Dillon Field and report back to us so we can notify coaches in
the event that they would like to take their teams on Tuesday and Thursday.
Keys: Jon and Tami are getting everything out of the MV dugout and are doing inventory.
