1). Tournament registrations: U-12s are all set except Hudson and the states and regionals which have other guidelines

U-14s are on a waiting list for Bow Turn 2 are awaiting Hudson, and are otherwise all set except states and regionals

U-18s need to choose 2 more tournaments, but are otherwise all set

2). Winter practices: Tami created a winter practice schedule. March dates need revision. When the 12s and 14s are using WSS, an MV person needs to be there. Dave, Tami and Sally are covering
those.

3). Team updates: U12s and U14s have full rosters.

U18s need pitchers and other position players.

4). Financial update: Insurance was paid. Tournament fees are being paid.  The state registration fee will be due in the spring.

Concord Sports Center needs to be paid. Taxes need to be completed every 3 years. Rick will check on when they need to be done next.

Dave will e-mail Arnie’s for two car wash dates.

5). Payment update: Tami and Rick will get together to coordinate data so reminder e-mails can be sent. Tami will also check rosters with coaches to ensure that we have everything up-to-date.

6). Website update: Dave will work with the web master to make the following changes:

Take U10s off

Combine 16s/18s

Update Board info.

Put the practice schedule on

7). Uniforms: U12s already provided Tami with a list of new players’ names and sizes.  Tami will contact Everett for sample sizes and bring them to practices.

She’ll do socks/visors inventory (she has some at her house).

8). Equipment update: Everything has been moved from the MV shed to Tami’s.
Jon did inventory at the end of the season and everything was there. He will go to Tami’s and reassess prior to equipment being given to the teams and we will see what we need.

9). Board Member’s replacement: Rick is being very gracious, but would really like to begin training a new treasurer. Board members will try to recruit help when they attend WSS practices.

10). Next meeting: Tuesday, January 24th, 7:00 p.m. at Tami Porter’s house.

We’ll work on creating a timeline for the year showing what needs to be done each month.  This will be useful for future Boards.
